Standard series rollover jig - Roll and Restore

This is the Roll and Restore standard series rollover jig tried and tested with 100s sold and shipped throughout the world. The jig allows for a car body shell to be rotated 360 degrees allowing you to find the best working angle for the task at hand. Ideal for restoration work, race prep and painting leading to a higher level of finish. They really help if your new to welding and restoration as you won’t need to weld thin steel upside down and giving you better lighting conditions to see your work. You also avoid a lot of the welding spit and grinder sparks burns from not been under the car. Made from heavy duty 60x60 and 50x50 box section. All main frames are fully welded and triangulated. They have been used on full spec rally cars to multimillion carbon GT1 car restorations. All jigs are made by us in the west midlands uk. All the Roll and Restore jigs have adjustable balance and clamp system meaning you will be able to adjust the shells Centre of gravity to make it easy to roll normally one hand operation. With this huge range of adjustment making them very universal it has made them very popular with both professional and home restorers. The jigs are simple to use and take around 15 mins or less to assemble off the pallet. some customers having set them up with the shell in around 45 minutes tho we always recommend taking your time especially the first time. The pivot height including the wheel kit is 1335mm so if you add half the width of your car shell to 1335 this should give you a rough idea of the roof height you will need. We Regularly custom build jigs to suit garage or car port roofs there is no extra charge just pop us a message before hand with your car width and roof height.
