Delivery: We aim to despatch items as quickly as possible but bare in mind some items are made to order so allow up to 10 working days for delivery. We will try to notice on ordering if there will be delays. All shipping is for mainland only surcharges may be applied. We use a range of couriers to give customers the cheapest shipping we can get. Make sure you leave a contact number. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Collection: Your welcome to collect any of the products but please call or email before to arrange a time and date and availability of products
Returns: Standard items: if you change your mind try to contact us before despatch otherwise items must be returned within 10 days from delivery and in a unused as new condition with all parts including wheels, bolts ect. A refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping.
Custom orders: Custom orders can not be returned unless faulty. Alterations:Maybe possible please contact us via email or phone. Items must be returned to us.
Payments: All online payments and personal info are handled by paypal. You don't need to have a paypal account you can checkout as a guest. Your welcome to pay on collection but please contact us first by email or phone so we can arrange a day,time and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any orders.
Privacy policy: All personal data is handled via PAYPAL with only limited access to select persons. No other data is currently recorded but this may change in the future,
All third party data is collected for site performance and improvement.
